Alfredo Lopez leads OWL, a Barcelona-based design studio that specializes in the design and manufacture of unique furniture and objects, predominantly in wood. OWL approaches the creation of its furniture collections as ongoing series, allowing for adaptation to various individuals, projects, and spaces. To date, the studio has produced Formica (2018), Capsules (2019), La Pepino (2020), and Alabaster (2022), which was introduced at Milan Design Week. The Alabaster series marks an expansion into the use of a less common material in contemporary design.
