As a courtesy to our clients, we arrange for purchases to be shipped by one of our recommended carriers. All charges are pro forma and will be added to the final balance of your order.
We use third-party shipping companies and we are not responsible for any delays once the piece has left our premises.
All shipments arranged by LAK Gallery are insured, and freight damage claims must be filed as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery).
If you prefer to arrange your own freight and delivery, you must notify LAK Gallery of the specifics of the relocation. The charge for transporting the goods from the producer to a terminal for "customer's own" pick-up will be added to the total amount owed. The location of the client's or the client's agent's pick-up may result in sales tax liability at that location. If the client chooses their own freight carrier, freight claims must be made with the chosen carrier directly. LAK Gallery is not liable for a customer's or a third party's freight damage or claim.
Orders placed online are sent via a trackable service. You will be provided with this information once the items are shipped, please be aware we are unable to provide you with an exact delivery time slot.
When you order several items, some may be available sooner than others - we will contact you to arrange the most convenient way of delivery, opting for full or split delivery, however additional delivery fees may apply.
