If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will take full responsibility for rectifying the issue. We will repair the item and return it to you at no additional cost. All costs related to the repair and return shipping will be fully covered by LAK Gallery.

Repair and Return: If the item is found to be defective, we will repair the piece and ship it back to you. This process will follow the regular manufacturing time necessary to repair or, if needed, create the piece again.
Return of Non-Defective Items: If no fault is found with the returned item, you will be informed, and the product will be re-delivered to you at your expense. Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged in any way by the customer will not be accepted for repair or return.
Legal Obligation to Care for Items:
While the item is in your possession, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of it. If the item is not returned in the same condition as it was received, we may refuse to repair it.
